Typically, your package should reach you within 2- 5 days after the order has been released for shipment. You can review the shipping status HERE.

The different statuses are:

• Order created = The order is currently being processed in our system. We might reach out to you for further information if needed
• Shipment requested = The order is being packed for pick-up by the carrier
• Partially invoiced = We have shipped a part of your order, there are still remaining product in the backlog to complete fulfillment
• Invoiced = Your whole order has been shipped

Go to the DELIVERIES tab:

You can find the tracking number of the shipped goods:

If you click on the tracking number, you will be redirected to the Carrier handling your parcel. You will be able to find detaild information of the wareabouts of your order and the estimated date of arrival at your location.
